Banana Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Power breakfast for connoisseurs: Fruity Smoothie Bowl with coconut yoghurt alternative and crunchy toppings.
1 handful of strawberries
100 ml Dream Coconut-Rice Drink
4 tbs Dream Coconut Yogurt Alternative Strawberry
1 tbs chia seeds
Coconut flakes, almond slices and chia seeds for topping
1. Cut the banana and strawberries into pieces. Put a few pieces aside for the topping.
2. Put chia seeds in Dream Coconut-Rice Drink and let it swell for a few minutes. Add ¾ of the banana, a handful of strawberries and the Dream Coconut Yogurt Alternative Strawberry. Puree by blending first at low speed and then gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a bowl and garnish and top with chopped bananas, strawberries, coconut flakes, almond slices and chia seeds.
