Making pancakes without egg

If you want to make pancakes without egg, there are several alternatives. You can use a mashed banana, apple sauce or even a mixture of flaxseed or chia seeds with water. In contrast to crepes, griddle cakes or pancakes, baking soda is usually used in typical American pancakes. Mineral water makes them nice and fluffy.

If the dough is too runny, just add more flour or cornstarch. If it’s too thick, use a little more liquid.
