- 75 g cooked chestnuts
- 350 ml Dream & Joya Rice Drink 0% Sugar
- 2 piece/s medjool dates
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 piece/s pear
- 1 tsp cocoa nibs
- Core the pear and chop into small pieces. Blend into a creamy smoothie with the chestnuts, Oat Drink and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dates until the desired sweetness is reached.
- Pour the chestnut shake into glasses and garnish with the cocoa nibs.
