Creamy mushroom almond soup

Quick and easy creamy soup, which is ideal as a starter or as a small snack in between.

  • 200 ml Dream Almond Cuisine
  • 1 piece/s onion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 30 g margarine
  • 500 ml vegetable soup
  • 1 tbsp lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 0.5 bunch/es parsley


  1. Peel the onion and dice it. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop.
  2. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, brown the onion, add the mushrooms and the thyme and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add the vegetable soup and cook for five minutes.
  3. Add Dream Almond Cuisine and bring to boil again. Puree with a blender. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with parsley.
