

Mouthwatering Gingerbread Cake
It’s gingerbread, but not as you know it: One big cake instead of many little men! This super-simple and super-tasty gingerbread cake recipe is sure to warm up your winter days!

- 500 g flour
- 500 g sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 3 tbsp gingerbread spices
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 500 ml Dream Oat Drink

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together well (flour, sugar, cocoa, gingerbread spice and baking powder).
- Add the Oat Drink and oil to the dry ingredients and mix well until a smooth dough forms.
- Spread the dough out onto a greased or lined baking tray and bake for around 25 minutes. As every oven is different, it is best to insert a skewer to check whether your cake is done.
