Mouthwatering Gingerbread Cake

It’s gingerbread, but not as you know it: One big cake instead of many little men! This super-simple and super-tasty gingerbread cake recipe is sure to warm up your winter days!

  • 500 g flour
  • 500 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 3 tbsp gingerbread spices
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 500 ml Dream Oat Drink

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
     
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together well (flour, sugar, cocoa, gingerbread spice and baking powder).
     
  3. Add the Oat Drink and oil to the dry ingredients and mix well until a smooth dough forms.
     
  4. Spread the dough out onto a greased or lined baking tray and bake for around 25 minutes. As every oven is different, it is best to insert a skewer to check whether your cake is done.
