Protein Nut Bar

Nut bars are great for quelling hunger pangs when you’re out hiking, heading to the gym from work, or simply because you fancy a snack. They’re quick to prepare, to boot!

  • 60 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g hemp seeds
  • 50 g sesame
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g peanuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 100 g dates
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 125 ml Dream Rice Drink


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
  2. Roughly chop all the ingredients except the Rice Drink in a food processor or mixer, and mix together.
  3. Add the Rice Drink and blend again until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Line a square oven tray with baking paper, spread the dough out evenly, then press down.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Cut into bars using a knife, then leave to cool fully.
