

Protein Nut Bar
Nut bars are great for quelling hunger pangs when you’re out hiking, heading to the gym from work, or simply because you fancy a snack. They’re quick to prepare, to boot!

- 60 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g hemp seeds
- 50 g sesame
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g peanuts
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 100 g dates
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 125 ml Dream Rice Drink

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roughly chop all the ingredients except the Rice Drink in a food processor or mixer, and mix together.
- Add the Rice Drink and blend again until a sticky dough forms.
- Line a square oven tray with baking paper, spread the dough out evenly, then press down.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Cut into bars using a knife, then leave to cool fully.
