- 250 ml Dream Almond Drink
- 2 piece/s bananas
- 1 piece/s pear
- 4 piece/s dates
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 handful lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 handful ice cubes

Instructions
- Pour the Dream Almond Drink into a blender.
- Add the bananas, pear, pitted dates and cinnamon. Puree the fruit. Gradually add the lettuce and flaxseeds. Blend again, first at low speed and then gradually increase the speed until the leaves are totally pulverized and mingled with the fruit. Add the ice cubes. Mix again until the ice cubes are crushed.
- Divide between the glasses.
