Green smoothie with avocado and spinach
It’s green as can be… avocado and spinach do not just make a tasty dish, but give green smoothies a bright colour and lovely flavour.
3 dl Dream Oat or Dream Oat glutenfree
1 avocado, peeled, pitted
180 g cucumber, diced
1 celery stalk, cut into pieces
250 g spinach leaves
1 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs hemp seed
1 ts ginger, finely chopped
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch salt
1 handful ice cubes
stems of a celery heart
1. Pour the oat drink into a blender.
2. Add the avocado, cucumber, celery, spinach, lemon juice, hemp seeds, ginger, cayenne pepper and salt. Puree the avocado and vegetables by blending first at low speed and then gradually increasing the speed until the leaves are totally pulverized and mingled with the other ingredients. Add the ice cubes. Mix again until the ice cubes are crushed.
3. Divide the smoothie between the glasses. Garnish with celery stalks.
