Mango smoothie with goji berries and chia seeds

This exotic combination of mango, goji berries and chia is a treat for the eye. Both tasty and nutritious. Try it, enjoy it!

Mango smoothie with goji berries and chia seeds

Ingredients:

2.5 dl Dream Almond-Oat
200 g mango, diced
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
2 tb lime juice
2 tb goji berries
1 tb hemp seeds
2 tbs chia seeds
1 pinch chili
1 handful ice cubes

1. Pour the almond-oat drink into a blender.

2. Add the mango, apple, lime juice, goji berries, hemp seeds, chia seeds and chili. Puree the fruits by first blending at a low speed and then gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the ice cubes. Mix again until the ice cubes are crushed.

3. Divide between the glasses.

Tip:
You can use frozen mango. In that case, it is not necessary to add ice-cubes.
