Peach-mango smoothie with ginger

The sweet taste of the fruits is enhanced by some ginger in this peach-mango smoothie. The fresh spiciness of ginger also gets the circulation going – perfect for an energetic start to the day!

Peach-mango smoothie with ginger

Ingredients:

200 ml Dream Coconut-Rice Drink
3 tbs Dream Coconut Yogurt Alternative Mango-Passion Fruit
1 peach
1/2 mango
1 ts chia seeds
1 ts fresh ginger
Ice cubes
Mint leaves to garnish

1. Core the peach and mango and cut into pieces. Peel a thin slice of ginger and cut into small cubes.

2. Pour the Coconut-Rice Drink and the Coconut Yogurt Alternative Mango-Passion Fruit into a blender. Add the mango and the peach. Puree all ingredients. Gradually add the ginger and chia seeds. Blend again, first at low speed and then increase speed until the ginger is totally pulverized and mingled with the fruit. Add the ice cubes. Mix again until the ice cubes are crushed.

3. Pour in two glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.
