Smoothie with banana, dates and cinnamon

Sweet temptation between meals. Whether as breakfast or a snack: The creamy smoothie with dates and cinnamon is tasty and quells early hints of hunger.

Smoothie with banana, dates and cinnamon

Ingredients:

2.5 dl Dream Almond
2 bananas, sliced, frozen
1 pear, peeled, cored, diced
4 dates, pitted
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 handful lettuce leaves
1 ts flaxseeds
1 handful ice cubes

1. Pour the almond drink into a blender.

2. Add the bananas, pear, dates and cinnamon. Puree the fruit. Gradually add the lettuce and flaxseeds. Blend again, first at low speed and then gradually increase the speed until the leaves are totally pulverized and mingled with the fruit. Add the ice cubes. Mix again until the ice cubes are crushed.

3. Divide between the glasses.
