Smoothie with strawberry, pear and kale

Green cabbage is one foods highest in vitamin C. At the same time, strawberries and pears provide a unique gustatory experience.

Smoothie with strawberry, pear and kale

Ingredients:

2.5 dl Dream Rice Organic
1 banana, sliced, frozen
250 g (frozen) strawberries
2 pears, peeled, cored, diced
a few (small) kale leaves
1 ts rice syrup
1 handful ice cubes

1. Pour the rice drink into a blender.

2. Add the bananas, strawberries and pears. Puree the fruit. Add the kale leaves and rice syrup. Blend again, first at low speed and then gradually increase the speed until the leaves are totally pulverized and mingled with the fruit. Add the ice cubes. Mix again until the ice cubes are crushed.

3. Divide between the glasses.
